I've noticed my regen seems to be less now in unbridle which is what I keep it in exclusively. Not even L brings it back. No regen bars or anything else, not even getting them warm -- wonder if ford is trying to quietly mitigate their poor design choice?

Ford should just give everyone one of those shirts that had a HVBJB failure. Love it.
I think we should print them up... I'd buy one.
or, 'I survived HVBJB replacement'

I'm still on my original HVBJB, and I'll still buy a shirt! Either I'll earn it later, or I'll add a "still testing" comment on the back!

First of all, that was a great April Fool's punk.
But seriously, how long can Ford leave us hanging with an HVBJB that is a ticking time bomb? Shouldn't the NHTSA make Ford replace this defective part that could result in a major safety hazard? Our reward for being early adopters is to wait, wait, wait while Ford uses the new part in new cars, then claim there is a supply chain problem.

I just tried to fill out a NHTSA form on this, but you need to fill in a date for an "incident." Perhaps someone on this forum who had the HVBJB failure can fill out the form on-line using their info?

When I got to that part, I was thinking about what a crappy solution it really was and how I was to complain about how it would never work. And how could they say it was a final fix? I can see it being a temporary fix to get the contractor temporarily working, but a permanent fix? No way.

So yes, you got me!
Permanent fix as far as getting you out the warranty period when it’s your problem not the Manufacturer’s? Call me a cynic if you like🤷🏼‍♂️
