New Ford Power-Up 3.5.4

Same happened to me, was like that the whole weekend. Although for the last 24 hrs *knock on wood* it has stayed on my profile. I'll try a Sync reboot if it reverts back again, I did make a third profile and deleted it which did seem to reset it.

I'm having this problem, too. I was gone over the weekend so today is the first day I've used it since the update that permits video. I also did not have hands free on my commute (both coming & going).

Note happy about this, but glad I'm not the only one!

I am certain it will clear up just like mine did. You may need to drive it and have it go to sleep a couple times. Report back in a day or two and let us know.

I don’t understand why he’s asking straight up questions as if they’re rhetorical.

Our AC system is “straight cool only.” It cannot heat the air without the e-heat.

Received 3.5.3.3

PAAk is not working first time taking the car out. After that works fine. Bluetooth shows connected to car on I phone but not connected in FordPass. I shut Down FP and reopen and it works again.

I also received the AC button on screen with 3.5.3

profile problems for 2 or 3 days now, phone issues and car play Problems Also. Connects to my wife’s phone before mine even if I was in car first.

her car play, not mine when neither on has a FOB using my PAAk, she doesn’t have it.

I find I’m rebooting almost every drive at this point for all sorts of issues.

It's always ON in my car. Same as E-Heat, I think. Is it wrong?

I heard a rumor HVAC Auto button would soon cycle through to include an off. (1, 2, 3, off)

I tested this and no, it does not cycle to off. It cycles through high, medium and low, just as before 3.5.4.

I am certain it will clear up just like mine did. You may need to drive it and have it go to sleep a couple times. Report back in a day or two and let us know.

Mine has seemed to clear as well, I haven't had it revert back to Guest now in a few days.

Mine has behaved that way for a month now. I even did the master reset on the car and no go.

Some more issues with 3.5.3.3

get in car and I have gps instructions in Ford gps. I never entered anything, second day in a row this happened. I cleared directions but dash showed 3 miles left.

entered new destination in Ford gps and then cleared it and it went away.
the empty box that usually has Car Play directions also eventually disappears.

I added third profile and will see if that affects anything

I am not an EA and have and received 3.5.3.3 last Thursday

on the bright side, car started right up and car play worked.
