Well, I picked up my car from the dealer (HVAC update and brake line connecter replacement) and on the way home heard a funny noise.
I turned off the HVAC entirely to make the car as sound-free as possible.
There's a mid-range rumble/whistle that starts when you get up to 20-25 and gets louder as you go faster. The car did not have this noise before and I don't notice any obvious frunk panel problems. Definitely sounds like its coming from the front. The noise did not seem to be affected by steering direction. It seemed to reach a pitch and then just stay there.
I made a voice memo recording of it by holding my iPhone over the dash towards the windshield.
Here's a clip (audio only); acceleration starts about 7 sec. in; you can hear it by the time you reach about 13 sec.
Any thoughts? I've called the dealer, and haven't heard back from my voicemail yet.
