Newer Mach E High Voltage Battery Warning

It was completely off for at least 30 minutes while I waited to get help in the service department. It was still showing the issues when they scanned/ I cleared out my stuff.

OK, if it was unplugged and off during those 30 minutes and it was still showing an error after you restarted it, then you possibly have a HVBJB issue.
