[NJ] Would I still get NJ ChargeUp Rebate Credit if my order is stilling waiting to be produced?

Hi everyone, I had purchased my Mach - E late August and was given a prod date for 1st week of October. From the looks of it, NJ ChargeUp funding is basically all used up. I was wondering if the dealers reserve funding for future orders beforehand? Would I still be eligible for this rebate?

From what I understand, you had to "buy", "lease" etc by Sept 15, 2021 and actually pickup by Oct 15. 2021.......that would do it for this phase 2.....to be sure, email or call charge up nj, they are usually pretty prompt in getting back to you and they will answer all your questions......

remember don't go just by what I said, check with charge up and I would give my dealer a call too.....good luck

Ford stepped in and gave a check to some folks who ordered before the program ran out of money--but that was a one-time thing.

Bottom line -- don't base your purchasing decision on it. I would just get one that qualifies for the $2K rebate because that's less of a "hit" than losing a $5K rebate, which only the RWD base no-option select qualifies for anyway. With the rampant ADM + some dealers offering X plan and others not, I would focus on just trying to get the best deal possible as these other factors matter more.

I went to the NJ website and as long as you placed the order by Sept 15 and the dealer logged your order with the state by Oct 15 you will get the rebate.

Did you get your vehicle yet? I just got mine on Dec 31st and the dealer subtracted the NJ rebate from the price for me. It went smoothly. Fullerton Ford's Miles Mayo provided exceptional service.

When posting something NEW like the announcement from NJBPU, you can post a NEW thread with the information and complaint ONCE. Everybody sees the new thread with the interesting new information in the title.

As it is, you posted EXACTLY the same misleading wording in 5 threads, including MY thread originally from late 2020. So then the clarification that the orders and purchases have to made ON OR AFTER July 25th has to be done 5 times.

It also means the link to the information here has to be posted 5 times....
