My garage space is pretty limited. Can I keep my Mach E parked in my driveway through the Seattle winters (mostly rain and some cold cold days)?

Of course. Pre conditioning your car will be more important though. Also if you put your charger outside, make sure it’s rated for Seattle weather.

No. You will need to return your vehicle to the dealer. Sorry.

I'm in Portland and parked outdoors. It won't be a problem (except for the wet leaves getting in all the cracks and crevases). I went with the Grizzl-E charger and stuck it to the side of my house. Built like a tank and can handle PNW weather with ease.

While Marlin stays covered be the carport roof, two walls are open and MD winters are much colder than those in Seattle.

You'll be ok. It can handle Norwegian winters which is the most electrified country in the world. You'll be surprised (or maybe not) how many people say to me that electric cars can't be washed as you'll get electrocuted. Usually an armchair "expert" or something they've heard from a man in the pub. (Probably the same people who believe 5G masts kill and the earth is flat) ? ? ??o_Oo_O

If you're really worried about the cold you could park a Bolt next to the Mach E to keep it warm.

It seems odd to me that the second most expensive purchase in most people's lives is considered less valuable than the junk in a garage. Unless of course you work from your garage and that junk provides a living. Otherwise I just don't get it.

My garage is taken up by other cars. My wife gets half for her car. I get half for my car. My garage Queen (Trans Am) stays inside. The Mach E outside but my charger is inside. I do store my Trans Am from Mid December to Mid March so the Mach will get the garage. Meanwhile we have had ice and snow and I wish I covered up the charge connector. It freezes in place quite easily.

Apparently you can order your Bolt from the dealer pre-BBQ'd.

You will need to store it in my driveway. I won’t shed on it. ??
