Noise when turn on fan or AC

Yes. Lots of noise is required to pump out lots of heat.

Yep.

Yup. Native Houstonian, so I've experienced full blast A/C from every car I've owned. Noise wise, the Mach-E is actually quiet with Max A/C than many others, but it sometimes seems louder since there's no engine making idle noises and rattling the car.

I have wondered if mine has an issue. From the outside it sometimes sounds like it could be starting a nuclear war when it is warm out. It gets some weird looks from people when I first pull out. Sounds like it might just be normal.

from the outside the compressor noise should sound similar to the compressor on most home a/c units (both use scroll-type compressors)

Sometimes mine sounds EXACTLY like when they fire up the second engine on the plane as you back away from the gate. Same speed, same volume.
