Good morning! I'd like to look into this for you. Feel free to send over a private message with your VIN and dealership information at your earliest convenience.Spoke to the technician. He says that it might be the 12v battery that is below 80% and therefore preventing the s/w upgrade. He said that they are getting a lot of cars in that don’t update because the 12v batteries are effectively not holding their charge because of excessive seat warmer and steering warmer use. Does this compute? Shouldn’t the 12v battery last more than 1.5 years? And shouldn’t it recharge itself like a regular gasoline car?
