Wow! You received yours already! I purchased the Porttfolio which includes the Owners Manual and a Supplemental Kit for the electronics, etc. (I think). I hope this isn’t a big waste o money but the text on the web site and the woman I spoke with at Helms said they only distribute the printed material sent to them from Ford so it Is OEM.
I just got off Helm’s web site and they’re SOLD OUT of Mach E printed manuals and portfolios. They had a French edition though. ?

I've added a few more observations from the helm manual so I bumped the thread up.The Helm "Owners manual" kit only includes a 30 page Quick Reference Guide, an 85 page supplemental Owner's Guide, and the Tire Warranty guide. First glance - nothing much not already here. Not worth $45.
A very few items:
The battery connections under the hatches on the front fender are only for opening the hood. You still jump the battery using battery to battery connections (as speculated)
There is a command "OK Ford I'm cold" and it warms the cabin. Whopee
If you have auto heated seats, the heated seats switch on to match your climate control settings.

(Added) According to the Quick Reference Guide you can release the rear liftgate from outside the car without your phone or key by using the Keyless Entry System keypad on the driver's side window pillar using your entry code plus 5-6 within five seconds
(Added - a weird one) You can open the frunk from the touchscreen but it comes with this note: "NOTE: This function is not available on vehicles with a divided front luggage compartment. Vehicle system updates could change the functionality"
Other than that just a bunch of painfully obvious info.
I FINALLY got my Owners Manual (Portfolio) from Helm! I ordered it November 4th and chose the least expensive shipping - big mistake! And I agree with what others have said and that it doesn’t cover much and is really inferior to the Owners Manual Ford recently released. That has links to videos and at over 400 pages is MUCH more informative then the one from Helm. I still would like a hard copy of the one Ford released but I’m reading the PDF on my iPad in iBooks and it’s really informative and better then a hard copy manual in many ways.
