With two Mach-Es in the garage I can consider letting this go and sharing the remaining one until I can replace it (which admittedly is long off or could never happen). So if you want Tesla SC access with an official Ford NACS adapter you may purchase this for the princely sum of $375 shipped in the lower 48. Is it cheap? No, but the replacement cost is expected to be north of $200 (plus tax and shipping) if it ever happens and there should be some fair compensation for the risk in being unable to replace it.
If you don't need the official adapter by all means purchase a third-party one as they are less expensive. But if you don't wish to wait on Ford and would like to hit up the universe of Tesla SCs this summer or fall without worry of liability for damage to the SC or vehicle, then perhaps this is for you.
