I'm coming from a Tesla model S and want to create the same driving experience on the Mach E. Is there anyway of using the one pedal driving while still having the car creep when you take your foot off the brake? Thanks

I don’t think so. 1PD is supposed to bring your car to a stop when your foot is off the accelerator. Creeping is the opposite of stopped. Teslas creep with 1PD? Does that mean Tesla 1PD doesn’t bring you to a complete stop? Maybe because they don’t have blended braking?

Might be possible if you turn off Auto Hold?

One pedal driving will act the same no matter who is riding in your passenger seat.

Oh, oops. You meant the car creeping ;)

If you have to use the brake pedal even for well planned, gradual stops, then that isn't one pedal driving.

You can achieve this on the Mach-E by turning off 1PD and Auto Hold, and selecting Unbridled mode, which has strong regen until you're under 5 mph or so.

That's how I have mine set because it feels most natural to me. When you take your foot off the go pedal it does some regen so slows down faster than an ICE with automatic transmission, but not as much as an ICE with manual transmission. When you take your foot of the brake it does start to creep forward.

Try unbridled with low button, and auto hold on but one pedal off.

Agree with this, though it doesn’t necessarily need to be Unbridled mode. Pressing the L button will activate significant regen but I don’t think it will bring you to a full stop.

Also, despite calling it L, it’s not like low mode in an ICE where driving fast is a bad idea because the engine stays in a lower gear, you can drive as fast as you want in L, it doesn’t mess with the motors, only activates regen when you lift off the accelerator - I’m not sure if some regen kicks in if you are pressing the accelerator very lightly like with 1PD, but I want to say no.

It won’t creep with auto hold on. That’s the whole point of auto hold.
Sorry. MEant auto hold and one pedal off.

No regen paddle GM style unfortuantely.

Personally, I just use the brake. A light touch on the brake pedal is all teh regen I need.
