One Poll to Rule Them All: What Software Enhancements Do You Want the Most?

It's been nearly a year since the Super Poll. Time for a reboot. What software enhancements do you want the most?

Now here's the deal. There are 27 options. Most of these are great ideas (in my opinion, not that it matters). You get to pick up to 15. Why can't you pick more? Because the idea is to learn which enhancements truly mean the most to the incredibly sophisticated and discerning segment of Mach E ownership represented on this board.

I am told that Jim Farley checks this poll as frequently as the Ford stock price, so VOTE. Democracy and stuff.

UPDATE: With 4.1.2 Ford have us 2 and possibly 3 of our items from this poll: one-tap cam access, better heated seat adjustment, and possibly somewhat reduced screen lag!

An easy 1 button override my home charging schedule and charge now.

Global charge limit should be separate from adjustable charging rate IMO, that one might get skipped over.

Easily disable double honk when exiting vehicle and closing the door while car is on.

The car automatically shuts off after a time if it detects no occupant or activity. No reason to scare the crap out of everyone with that stupid double honk.

Very interesting to me that, so far, the most cosmetic or superficial enhancements - more video streaming, games, calm screen options - rank among the lowest requests.

Whereas faster access and better data predominate the most popular requests. The current Top 10 in early vote (and vote, vote, vote!)…

I didn’t go through and read the comments but some of these seem to not be enhancements as much as just making things work as designed. I voted for pre condition on demand.

The stupid idiotic slider for the heated seats is bad. Ford had it right, then f’d that one up…..

I think the knob will make this MUCH easier. Just tap the heated seat icon and use the knob to set as desired. I agree the slider is cumbersome.

How is a kW readout still not a thing for Ford EVs? It's like Ford has no shame that YouTube is full of MME and Lightning owners getting out of their cars to stand in the rain just to see how fast they're charging.

Busted EA charger is doing a lousy 36kW and the only way to find this out is to get out of the car.

I would vote for a carplay/android auto browser through the phone when in park and getting rid of the bloatware such as games, video streaming and voice recognition software. Nav is even debatable as it never gets used here when there is something that already has worked for years, that is free and will not become an additional subscription. The MME will never be the dominate mobile device and further integration with the device that is (the phone) would be great.

And of course fix the DCFC curve (10% to 100%) so the best looking EV on the highway does not feel like the dud when it pulls into a charging station to hang with all the boys.

The one positive of having Ford Nav is that it can be used in spots with no cell service. At least I was able to use it that one time I lost Maps out in the middle of nowhere...

A "technical data" screen on Sync would be nice too. Similar to what Canscanner OBD2 shows. Not ALL that data, but a dozen or so of the most pertinent ones. The HVB +/- power meter... LVB voltage... HVB temp... etc.
