The 'Pet Mode' item should be a collection of modes including Car Wash.

I'd also like to see them provide official iPhone/Android widgets as well as Apple Watch and Wear OS apps. With the crackdown on API use, we need Ford to provide these.

A "technical data" screen on Sync would be nice too. Similar to what Canscanner OBD2 shows. Not ALL that data, but a dozen or so of the most pertinent ones. The HVB +/- power meter... LVB voltage... HVB temp... etc.

Car Scanner through carplay could do that. So much that could be done by allowing what already has been to use a bigger monitor. For now we just stick with the small monitor I guess.

But that requires the OBD2 be plugged in, which isn't good for 12v battery drain when people forget to unplug it when turning the car off. Be much better if the car could just inherently display some of the key data for us when on since it's all right there in the car's computers.

I can see Ford not wanting to tie up valuable space on the smaller fixed driver display. But the center display can easily display limitless screens/apps as chosen by the user. It could be it's own tile too (maybe showing live HVB +/- power), that when expanded to the main screen would add other key data points too.

I would love to have a customizable row of buttons of my choice. Regarding safety while driving it's not recommendable to have to scroll threw several layers of menus to get to the button needed. I've just put up an example for you to see my thoughts.
