Saw a similar article on the Ontario Government site:

What struck me was the comment that most will have 2 chargers, while “busier” ONRoutes will have more. Two. Yes, two. Y’ever stopped at an ONRoute in the summer? There are 100s of cars at any one time stopped for various things. Good luck finding a free charger. Two chargers, while certainly a nice start, will absolutely not cut it.
At least the chances of competing with Tesla drivers for a spot will be slim
