In case you don't subscribe to the IVY emails, their conversion to the new App & service provider is underway. The old App will not work anymore, but until the new App works (you will also need a NEW profile) with the chargers, it's free.

I assume they are also rolling out updates the charge point software, and until that happens the new App doesn't work.

Get it while it lasts!
