So I may need to do this, my car attempted to install 2.4.3 this morning and it failed. It's now gone and says I am up top date, however, fordpass says we will retry. I will give it until the 8th then schedule an appointment. I would like to note that my car did the same thing with 1.7.1 and that upgrade needed to be dealer programmed.

Well, Ford seems to be picking on me today.

I finished updating my Job1 MME a few days before 21G01 was released, so this morning I figured "what's one more round of updates". Well, I fired up FDRS and all my modules are up to date, but no references to hands-free in SYNC at all.

SYNC Verison is at 22028_PRODUCT Revision 358

I think I may have confused Ford's server.

2.4.3 just failed for me. My first OTA failure. Bummer. Thought I was on a roll to get BC.

Careful with the glass update… when they did mine, the glass removal machine malfunctioned cutting into the metal of the car. That added another week to the update.

What the heck did they do? It seems that they removed much more than the headliner.

You need to get to Synch 364.

358 is an intermediate step...But you're almost there.

Re-check your modules with a network scan to make sure your status gets reported to the mothership again. It may then show you what's next.

Not far to go though I can tell you that.

I'll keep checking on it every few hours because I'm pretty sure I broke the "rerun network scan" button with the number of times I have rechecked so far lol
