That was my thought too. I thought cjljr41 posted earlier that the dealer was going to enter their order. Wondering if the dealer put in a brand new order and then cancelled the reservation.Hopefully this was not some dealer initiated action. Good luck and keep us posted.
Good. Hopefully they can link it back to the original reservation. Others have had their reservations linked in later.Emailed the dealer and he didn't know why it was cancelled. Called Ford, and I was told that it was cancelled by "GOMS" (whatever that means). I asked if it was cancelled via the Internet (someone hacked my account?), or by phone (someone messing with me). Ford will contact me in a couple of days with more info. In the meantime, I placed another order. I told the dealer I was concerned that this would delay my vehicle since it would appear I ordered the vehicle today without regard to my reservation that I've had since last December. He said they would link the new order to the old order (if that's even a thing...).
