I ordered a premium dual motor extended range in October and have been monitoring my ordered status since. The order was confirm with the dealer and showed accepted in the tracker. A couple days ago I got an email that my order status had changed. Excited that I may have a build date I immediately went to the Ford site to find a message that my dealer will not be taking online orders at this time.
I called the dealer who looked up my order and said it was still good and pending a build date, but they said they didn't know why my status online changed. I tried calling Ford who said the same so now I have no visibility to my order status.
Has anyone else seen this before or know if there is another way to track the order?
