ohhhhhm well, I use my little Shih-tzu to 'get the chicks' ..... so there.

We lost both our Shih-tzus this past year (2022) They were 17 and 16. Good lifes, but I do miss them greatly. Wife and I have decided to hold off on another to get some travel in. Lonely working from home

my wife's 18 yr old shih-tzu went over the rainbow bridge about 2 years ago.... she took a while to adjust, and came home with puppy Orion who is now 6 mo old. He hasn't been on many road trips, but he loves to hang out in the MME and watch while I am working the Garage.

My profile picture is the one on the left below as a puppy- now 2+ years old, about six months older than our MME. The one on the right is 11 and now retired champion rabbit catcher. Yorkshire terriers. The guy below them is 7. He is a Maltese/Yorkie mix.
The youngest and each of our first dogs (a Golden and a Chocolate poodle, 55years ago) are the only true pups. All of the others are/were rescues.

This guy is four years old this week and came home as a puppy. Does that count?
