OTA 1.4.0 *after* 1.6.0?

Powering on the radio worked.

VMCU and AP Bootloader part numbers both end in -AKE.
( Should've taken pics post 1.6.0, to see what 1.4.0 over rides)

We don't get to see all the module info on the bezel diagnostics, but it would be interesting to see.

I think 1.6 made things worse. PAAK seems to work less than it did on 1.4. Loses settings, says key is not present, leaves you standing at the door trying to open it. the back door open rate is higher than the driver door. Many times I have to open the app and hold the unlock button as i am standing by the driver door just to get in the car.

I just saw the 1.4 Power Up on my FordPass app this morning after getting 1.6 a few days ago. Of course they don't mention what date the bloody updates install so quite frankly I'm annoyed with that...

I got 1.4.0 today, 1.6.0 last week.

Nothing surprises me anymore about the software on the MME, and my expectations are so low now, that I am perfectly happy if it just starts, runs (from the fob of course) and charges.

Knocking on wood, so far, it has managed to do that with only one major issue while setting up the alternate starting password for my wife's phone. And that mysteriously 'fixed itself' after putting it back in the garage and ignoring it for awhile.

I agree. PAAK is worse and I have noticed that walk away lock suddenly does not work all of the time. Before the OTA walk away lock worked 100% of the time for me. Anyone else have this problem?

Ditto for me in getting 1.4 after 1.6. Probably would have been a tad worried if he hadn't seen this thread first.

Got my 1.4 power up on Monday, about 2 weeks or so after 1.6. Haven't taken a drive to notice much, other than a quick drive out of the concrete garage and back after noticing the FordPass alert.

My 2-cents : I think for some people 1.6 was released by mistake..... On to the next question: does it harm? Nobody knows...

Possibly but not sure how verifiable that is or if purely speculative. I posted separately that my 1.6 OTA (my first OTA I know of to my Apr 20ish build) was not smooth... or coincided with some general issue with FP that day.
