[OTA] 1.7.1 Appears to be incoming

Weird... So I never got an updated to 1.7.1 notification in my MME nor FordPass, but when checking for updates it looks like I did get it?

Other weird part is that I don't see a Notes app despite the system update. Ghost in the machine??

Hey all. I waited patiently for my update and received overnight. Car unplugged and outside.
Not sure if this was mentioned so I apologize in advance. I tested pushing the outside edge of the volume knob to see if it would engage the calm screen similarly to the GT models. It worked!!

The App Catalog entry looks new. My car does not have the 1.7.1 update and I do not have the App Catalog.

I have 1.6 and I also have App Catalog--but you do have to enable it in settings.

A few hours of no driving and several car restarts later, it looks like I now can see the 1.7.1 changes! Guess it just needed to do a hard reboot of it's own after the update ?

Also ended up getting the Fordpass notification about the update this evening. Better late than never I guess!

The nav UI updates are probably the most useful thing I've seen out of this so far.

It was still a little laggy but that could be since it was after a reboot.

After 2 days at the dealer and updating (not 1.7 unfortunately) my FordPass that used to have the Frunk button (it didn't do anything) is now missing. On the fun side, I enabled the FordPass skill on Alexa and I'm testing that now.

Did Alexa work for you? If so, Can you use CarPlay and Alexa at the same time?

I have an Android phone, but the iPhone is being shipped tomorrow. Alexa with the FordPass skill did work "Alexa, ask fordpass to start the car" worked great. "Alexa ask fordpass to open the trunk" only unlocked it. I haven't tried windows yet.
