I have always preferred the dark display option. Android Auto has worked well with that, until 2.4.3. When maps are displayed it now defaults to the white background, even though my phone settings chose the dark theme. Anyone else see this change?.....did it correct itself in subsequent OTAs?

UPDATE: The dark themed google maps returned when I got the 2.8.3 update today. BTW, the update I got a few days earlier was 2.8.2 (BlueCruise)......pretty awesome!

2.4.3 is a instrument cluster update and doesn’t affect the APIM at all. This is likely a bug. Try changing to light theme and back to dark maybe?

It seems like one of those software gremlins that pops up intermittently without any pattern - mine did that occasionally before I updated my car (I am up to BC via the dealer method, so 2.8.3 equivalent) and it did it again yesterday. No idea what causes it, but it seems to work itself out after a few drives.
