OTA Update Status Hidden in the Ford Website

Has anyone tried this lately? I went to check mine today after receiving 3.5.4.2 and when I searched for OTA that status page had no info and had a bad gateway error. It had been working as of a few weeks ago.

They probably got a lot of complaints from people who didn't understand what it all meant but they knew they could do it. I think this was hinted at a while ago this was gonna go away

This hasn't been working for about 2 weeks now for me. The response just looks like this:

The software status tile is missing from the webpage, though the app is still giving it to you so it must be buried somewhere?

I wish they would just make this an easy to view page. Having it hidden was a nice secret, but I’m sure it lead to confusion.

It used to trigger updates on the vehicle dashboard. There was a tile for updates and it would show you when an update was installed like it does on FordPass. It seems like they took that tile away completely, and also took it out of the API, but left the page still trying to query for it, and fails.

Has anyone been able to fetch the same information from Ford.ca ? I tried on my side but the requests for the OTA endpoints failed with a 500 response:

It seems they are having some hard time while updating the APIs on their side.

So I have figured out that whenever you see this 500 Internal Error message in the backend, it means an update is queued. I've got 3.6.2 queued now for install, just had to turn the car on to get it going.
