Maybe a more expensive option but has anyone looked into installing a custom “smart tint” dimmable system?
Smart Tint can be custom cut and only requires two power cables. When there’s no power supplied to the tint it’s defaulted to “frosted mode” and goes clear when current is applied.
My wife’s Venza has this and it’s great to block the blinding Florida sun, when needed. Venza Stargaze Roof
I think this could be a nice fix to the only two complaints of the MME’s pano roof that I’ve heard of: blinding backseat passengers and heating up the car during the day.
