Its very easy to clean - we were out in the mud for the weekend.

I received an unsolicited update e-mail from Kelly yesterday with a screenshot of the VVR for my car. Nice to see the follow up. Somehow now that I have a scheduled build day my excitement level has ratcheted up a couple of notches. ?

We took delivery on our car from Kelly tonight. Agreed she was great to work with and everything was seamless and easy. We also used X plan and had no issues. All the paperwork was ready for us when we got there. No upsales no pressure for add one. We were in and out of the finance office in no time. . A very positive experience!

I posted in another thread, but I'll add it here as well. Picked up my car on Monday and Kelly was great. Same signing experience as @Ziggylu -- very quick and easy.
Two small gripes with Chapman:
1). Tire pressures were not set to spec.

2). The car could have been cleaner. Multiple water spots and smudges. Water dripping off of the frunk and liftgate when opened.
