I think originally it wasn't available but now it might be. We will have to wait until we get the full spec sheet, which I assume will be issued just before we are asked to confirm our orders, like the US have just done

Haven't seen it on a Ford site that I can recall, but here is a mention of it by MotorTrend:

And, of course, we also have a keypad even when the phone fails or battery is dead. I don't plan on carrying my fob with me.

Pages 4 and 8 of the Order Guide have this footnote associated with the lift gate:
1 Hands-Free, Foot-Activated Liftgate functionality is integrated in the 4-
Door Intelligent Access (Lock/Unlock) with Push-Button Start key fob

You can't have these features if you don't have a key fob.
The price list doesn't have an entry for purchasing a key fob.

No keycard for Mach-E, the backup is a code you enter to open the door and a backup start code. This is how they do it for the Lincolns with phone as a key:

Perhaps Ford can add the rear lift gate opening with the door keypad, as my trunk does open from the keypad now. After unlocking the car with the five digit code, pressing 5-6 will open the trunk. I ask any present Mach-E owner to try it. Then you may not need the fob to open the rear lift gate at all.

I admit I forget about these all the time on my Fusion. But it's nice to have them anyway.
