Pixelated screen.

My main screen is all pixelated? Can’t change anything on the car it runs and drives but no control of anything? Is there a reset process?

Yes there is.

Press the volume down button and the seek right (next track) button on the right side of your steering wheel at the same time and hold them for about 10 seconds. That should cause the main screen to reboot and resolve your issue.
