That looks AMAZING! Really... very cool.
Love the look of the Plastidip-ing process, I *Plan* ('...the best laid plans of mice and men... especially with 3 kids and two pugs...) to try to plastidip the wheels on my wife's Expedition EL... 20 inchers, this summer and your pics show how nice it looks!

And with the pictures you posted where the sun just slightly casts a wheel-well shadow on the top of the tire, allowing us to notice how much the tires are to the inside of the fenders (narrow)...
I seem to remember, one of the cosmetic complaints of the earlier Mustang coupes, 94-04 (I think), and even the 2005-2014s (I have a 2012 with stock 18s but wider, aftermarket 20s for summer) was how much the look of the car improves when wider wheels are installed and come out almost flush with the fenders... and it makes me wonder, or surmise, that with our Mach-Es, the wider tires will improve it's already good looks, either with Aftermarket wheels or with the addition of the GT's wider shoes...

But again let me say, those wheels on yours and the wheels in general of the Mach-Es, look great, but that wider, more 'muscular' wheel look, could go a long way to sprucing up the look of the ME (a slight sacrifice in range). . . and a set of custom lowering springs from Steeda... a wide-wheeled, slightly lowered Premium, AWD, Extended Range, Rapid Red ME is in my future. Hubba, hubba.

Anyway, sorry for the side-track!
Great looking ME and Plastidipped wheels!!!!!!!!!!
That Grabber Blue has really grown on me over the years... it's just such a dynamic color!
Finally got my finally got my rapid red Route 1 Saturday, had to wash and prep it myself which I didn't mind. Today I took the Aero covers offHave to remove all lug nuts discovered there are right and left hand covers the five spoke aluminum wheels behind covers I rather plain-looking and the center caps are too small to fit in wheel themselves. Plan on taking wheel cover 2 wrap shop and see what it would cost to make them look like the original proposed Aero covers

one has to admire their attention to such a fine aerodynamic detail as to have different part numbers for the left side and the right side. Probably couldn't get the bean counters to keep the original Sparkle Silver finish and two part numbers for wheel covers on same vehicle

Cool. I’ve got Anthracite Grey Hyperdip on order. $90 for the kit. Plan to do it myself.
Did you ever do this on your MME? I think I've finally talked myself into trying the plasti dip on the rims. Now I'm trying to decide what color, the burnt copper is something I thought I'd like but I can't quite pull the trigger, then I thought black matte first, then glossy, and then the Anthracite Grey caught my eye.

After watching the diy videos, I’m wondering about doing this for the grill. If you put that release coating on the pony, that should peel right off. Seems like it would be easier than vinyl.
Edit: the release coating is specifically for tires, so maybe it’s not good for plastic trim.

plastdip is a million times easier than vinyls on any surface that is not perfectly flat (in my experience). No need for a release coating over the pony if you are comfortable using a razor to trim the edges and then peel it away. I did the Ford oval on my F150 yesterday (converted the oval from blue to black) and then trimmed out the FORD.

I didn’t. I got the stuff and just never got around to doing it. And now, the wheels have grown on me and I don’t really care to do the dip. Still in box and unopened. Will sell if for $75 shipped to anyone that wants it.
