In my case, I have no worries. My present 16 kW JuiceBox EVSE (built from a kit in 2014), is presently set to 7.2 kW (30 A) but I can uprate it up to 80 A (the internal parts support that) on a 100 A circuit if needed. Since I drive less than 300 miles a month, and the farthest point I can drive is less than fifty miles away, I will never need fast DC charging here. So just one overnight charge at the 7.2 kW rate can work for a month.
