The Mach E GT will be my first EV in a long, long list of cars I've owned. I'm excited.

Own my Model S for 7+ years. This is Tesla first model and is time to come out with a new model with better interior. Not much complaint against Tesla, very fun to drive. I like to own a compact e-crossover but don't like the Y. Crossovers to consider other than Mach E are Ariya and Q4 e-tron.

I was number 1,112 to put $5000 down on the original Model S in 2009. Car did not actually arrive until 2013! Drove for 2 years and traded-in on a second Model S with more advanced hardware. Drove for 2 years and sold to buy Model 3 with more advanced hardware. Have had Model 3 for 2 years and selling for Mach E. Hoping quality is better than Tesla and AutoPilot is more reliable. . .

I have never owned an EV - although my wife drove a Toyota Highlander Hybrid - I have now been to two tour visits in No Cal. Really like the look and feed of the car - in all honestly I'm wondering how I'll like driving the Mach-e. Will I miss the shifting and the sounds? Hoping not. I ordered my GT (now Dark Matter Gray) - on 11/28/19. Looking forward to the time we can test drive the car.

First timer for a BEV, but eased in with a 2014 Fusion hybrid with currently 125k miles. My concern has always been battery degradation over time, but have seen nothing with the Fusion so feel confident the tech has advanced enough to meet my driving needs (75-100 miles per day). Few long trips but as I'm nearing retirement, looking forward to casual long trips that we can match up charging needs with craft breweries, distilleries and other places that we need an excuse to stop and visit.

2 Previous PHEVs, 1 EV (compliance car- with less than ½ the range of the MME.)

The 5 year old BEV has almost 40k miles and the battery is still giving us the expected range (I'm assuming it may have degraded less than 3%.) This is with above 70Âş f temps however (San Jose to Monterey.)

Currently have a 2014 Focus Electric, purchased as a CPO. Limited range but works for us. Will pass along to a family member getting her learners permit later this year. Should be great getting to an from school. Have other vehicles, plus company vehicle.

First one. And it’s my only car. And some buddies and I are doing a road trip to St. Michael’s in May. Jumping in with both feet.

I’d had 2 PHEV and an EV:
  • 1st Gen Volt
  • BMW i3
  • 2nd Gen Volt
The Volt is a great car, I just sold to get my Mach-E and I couldn’t be happier!

I started in 2011 with a new 2011 Leaf..
I had to replace it in 2015 (wreck) with a used 2013 Leaf
Put over 100,000 miles on them combined. many of those miles supplied from my solar panels on my house.. Now I have a real EV!!

This will be my 1st non-ICE vehicle (never owned any type of hybrid either). I'm jumping in both feet. This car is the 1st one that really got me to consider anything but an ICE vehicle. IMO, it looks better than any other BEV/hybrid currently on the road. Who knows, maybe I'll replace my Tundra (14.5 mpg & 38 gallon gas tank) with the new F-150 Lightning if it goes well.
