Poll: Have you gotten OTA 4.1.2 (the UI refresh)?

Received 4.1.1 on 2/11 and then 4.1.2 on 2/13, to bad we are out of town and can’t play with the fun new toys in the Mach-E… but will be a nice present when we get home.

Mine was stuck trying to update to 4.1.2. Call you local dealer and give them your VIN and ask them to check their OTA Dashboard in PTS to see if you’re stuck too. I had to take mine to the dealer to get me to 4.1.2 and 4.1.3. They used TSB 22-2226 to get paid.

And, I think I’m on 4.1.2. Neither FordPass nor the car will admit it, but this evening I noticed the fugly icons, the new camera button up top, and the fact that I’m now running engage vs unbridle. And the owners manuel is MIA. Somehow I feel that Ford‘s tech division still thinks it’s driving a Model-T… Anyhoo, I changed my vote. I should note that I got 4.1.1 on Jan 30, after a flurry of updates. Then the OTA status on Fords web page said something like “artifact download in process” before they took that info away again…
Sorry for the rant, but Ford has a loooonnnngggg way to go to get out of the Model-T mindset…

I received 3 back to back updates leading up to 3.6.1 but now nothing.

I have a similar situation but a week ago 3.6.2 failed. It does not appear a second attempt has occurred yet.

Boy, do I feel behind. I received an update this week, now at 3.5.2.

The floodgates have opened for my job 1 . Feb 17th, I got a 22-PUO727-VI-FBX after mike looked it up. This must have freed up the OTA's as I got updates on the 21st, 22nd, 27th, again on the 27th, March 1st and the 3rd. Now at 3.5.4. the 17th was a repeat of the 22-PUO727-VI-FXB. The 20th was 22-PUO727-SCH-POPB. The 20th was 3.5.2. The 22nd was a repeat of 3.5.2. The 27th was Alexa and the second one was 3.5.3. Now comes the quirky one. On the 1st of march was a 3.5.3.3. (Video streaming.) On the 3rd of march was 3.5.4 that was video streaming, dual phone, climate control, and a owner's manual update (again). Apparently, Ford knows when something isn't right and takes corrective action with the POP's and the fourth number Updates. Just a guess on my part, but it seems promising.
Weird that the POU's are 22 for a 21 (20 Oct Build) or 23 for today. Likely a labor problem in the monitoring division that didn't know how to fix a problem back in September of 22.

I just got Ford Power Up 4.2.1 OTA today, but I still don’t have the dedicated camera button

i think this is normal for a 23 since it shipped from the factory with the newer version of sync (but without the camera button).

supposedly the only module updated in 4.2.1 is GWM and is some kind of prerequisite for further updates.

here’s hoping we get the latest sync sooner than later, though for now when parking in my garage the cameras come on automatically due to the proximity to the walls/junk in the garage. that’s why i wanted the button but it turns out the car can read my mind.

I have spend hours on the phone with ford (ford cs, ford pass guide, ford OTA) teams with no help. Now I am being told that my MME has been receiving updates but the Ford Pass app is not notifying me and also not updating.

Ford Pass and the MME system update says I still have 3.6.1 but the Update Ford SYNC® & Navigation Maps | Ford Owner Support says that I have 4.0.2228. Has anyone else received updates without a notification?

I did notice one day the screen layout changed a bit but not the volume dial or the camera updates came through.

Is anyone seeing that the MME and Ford Pass app is showing old OTA versions?

after talking to Ford, I think that Ford Pass app might not be updating but MMEs are getting updates without us knowing.

My Ford PASS app did update and notify me of the 4.2.1 update
