POLL: What New Features Do You Want the Most?

1) the charging screen in the car and the app should show current charging power (kw) and battery percentage. And it need to be live — within the past minute.

2) long press of L should turn 1pd on or off.

3) long press of power "button" in volume ring should pause audio (but allow navigation or other alerts to come through)

And +1 for using the parking button to bring up the camera. Maybe double press the parking button. And have it come on automatically when the car is going less than 3 mph.

Heads Up Display (HUD) - really can't believe we do not have it now as other Ford products do.

Yes that would be neat. But this poll is for stuff that Ford can add to the 2021 without additional hardware. I should have been more clear.

I do not see a request for the fix of the weird charging curve - if my MME has max of 115 kWh charging speed and I use 150 kWh charging station, I would like to see stable charging curve until at least 90% of the battery - current 80% limitation is just ridiculous. And the curve should be more or less stable - what is the point to have max charging numbers if it is only used for 2 minutes or so? l am not sure how Ford tested it - I suspect they didn't test it at all because the curve is just laughable...

Ok everybody - today is LAST CALL to vote on the current poll, and to propose new additions to the next poll. The Second Poll will probably be the last one (we gotta stop this somewhere so Ford can get to work) and it will go live tomorrow. It will add the new suggestions to the existing choices, and allow a couple of more votes. The reason I set a cap on voting is to make people weigh and choose the features that are most important to them.

The lack of a shortcut to the 360 camera seems like such an oversight. What is the point of having those predictive "tiles" on the infotainment screen if it doesn't give me any actual useful shortcuts? Instead I have AM radio (never used). Just slap on a shortcut to the camera in one of those tiles- done!

I’ve ended up manually reordering the tiles to the ones I want.

I'll have to look again, as every other Ford I've owned in the last decade did have a button.

There's definitely a physical button on the hatch to open it.

Ventilated seats
12-way power seats
120 VAC outlet
Reclining rear seats (like Escape)

I read through numerous threads and compiled a list of 21 new feature requests. I tried to be as comprehensive as possible. I did not include a few that seemed too rando/weird or that I just flat out didn’t understand.

I have placed all 21 in a poll. Now here is the trick: YOU GET TO PICK SEVEN. Not eight, not nine. Ten is right out. The number shall be SEVEN.

Let’s see what the most popular requests really are!

Oh, and if you think I left something out, let me know below. I will probably do a reformulated poll at some point in the future which cuts the less popular items and adds some new requests to see how they fare.

I have a new one. I was at Ford Fest this weekend. I was often between 5 and 50 feet from my car. It was constantly locking and unlocking. It got to the point where my phone was overheating from constantly communicating with the car. If someone is out in their yard and the car is in the driveway, it will do the same thing. It killed the battery in my phone.

Wish List of updates to add to MME (in no particular order):

- add easy access door to 12v battery terminals in frunk​

- add light to glove compartment & inside center console compartment​

- add option to close frunk​

- add close/open frunk button(s) to fob​

- add faster charging​

- add ventilated front seats​

- add a performance edition badge on the rear of the GTPE​

- add App Store to get apps for games, entertainment, EV chargers, etc​

- update to faster hardware to run main display​

- add second wireless charging pad next to existing one​

- add option to chose Propulsion Sound from a list and adjust volume​

- update Blue Cruise to stay on for curves and lane switching​

I think many of theses are mentioned in other threads but I think most were not in the poll…
