My reservation/order was for a GT-PE. Still a month and a half until build week, then add a minimum of 6 weeks for the “chip shortage,” and then add delivery time from MX to KC to the Bay Area. I’ll be grumpy until some time in 2022 and be getting a 2021 car. Not to mention that my mom likely won’t survive that long so she won’t get to ride in it like I promised her. ?

LOL I’m not really a drag racer Tony. The one tip that I got from guys with experience was to leave on the last yellow. Well, that and to not break traction, but that’s pretty much the same as leaving a corner. Heh, I kind of suck at that too.

once I print one I will see how much resin it takes, then I can make a few for people...even w/ shipping it wont cost 55$ lol

Didn't measure. Its my blue clear resin... Its more teal once set and cured.

the 2nd one I tried all sorts of odd-cureing tricks but and its not tacky like the shiny one I posted - its not as "clear" - I was trying to avoid spraying a clear coat, but that's doubtful - so I just need to go get some.

I re positioned the model in the print in order not to have its nose directly on the platform and support structure, thus making me have to cut and form it...so its not as it should be then as it got a little muddled.

Also because I moved things I was able to then make it larger by a bit - but I need to try it, as sometimes relying purely on support structures it can detach and not print well.

I am no 3d print guru, but my job I kinda am the one who gets all the people asking me to do it, so this is my testing process to figure things out for the best products. I did make awards for an e-sports smash bro tourny, 3d printed resin "smash coin", printed, washed, cured, sanded, painted (gold/silver/copper) placed onto a wood (cut, drilled stained) stand, and a laser engraved gold/black letter plaque with lettering (1st place etc.) so that was fun putting all the mediums together.
