Hello all,
Is there a contact at Ford to find out what might be going on with my MME? My dealer consistently fails to provide any useful information.
My MME was built 2021-01-27 and shipped on 2021-02-05. It's been stuck "In Transit" ever since and palsapp is still null/pending.
My original ETA Date was 2021-02-25. After that date came and went, it was changed to 2021-03-08. Now that date has come and gone as well and it still shows in transit. I talked to my dealer yesterday who said it was still in Mexico and when I asked if they knew why, they figured they were still loading the rail car. Seems like an awful long time to load the car. ha.
I have received the 250kWh email but not the first payment free email.
