Your dealer can pull up that info within seconds. These are the codes your car reported that last time it was started. Sounds like the car went into limp mode, so a dealership visit is most likely necessary.
Thanks for looking that up!

Oddly enough, I went out to try to move it from my very cramped and tow-truck incompatible driveway just in case it needed to get towed to the dealership, and everything was back to normal (except my TPS warning). I drove around pretty hard on surface streets for a little bit and all was good. I still need to get several recalls scheduled but I think I may have a slight reprieve.

No, they are just not looking to work for free. They updated the modules that have to do with the recalls, but nothing else. Power-Up updates are module updates, but since Ford only pays them to update modules that have TSB's or recalls associated with them, they will hardly ever go above and beyond what they get paid to do.

With that said, your OTA history show many updates have been sent to you that have timed out and expired. Your vehicle is a 2022 with under 4,700 miles, so you obviously don't drive it a lot. When an OTA trigger is created for a vehicle, you have to start it to activate the OTA process. Otherwise, the OTA trigger will expired. You've had many expired OTA's throughout the course of the past year. Otherwise, you would most likely be very close to being fully caught up.

Okay. Thanks for the reply and knowledge. Yes, the car is at my winter home in AZ so only used for about 5 months per year and sits for long periods. I suspected it goes to sleep and does not receive updates. However, I have been back for 6 weeks and nothing has come through. Will they start back up and eventually catch up or do I need to find a dealer willing to actually load them?

Unfortunately, there is no way to predict when an OTA will get resent to your car. Remote starting it every now and then won't work to get an OTA trigger to activate, either.

You can try the dealer route, but I would not have high expectations that they will do it.

They have had a CSP 21p22 (customer satisfaction program) that covered some 20-21 cars that needed updates, but it was only for certain modules and only paid 1.3hrs for updates. Techs working flat rate are not going to work for free, only going to do what the TSB or recall tells them to do.
I have a feeling once the supercharger network is ready for Ford, they will have to have another CSP for people trying to update to get on the Tesla network as I'm sure some will be stuck in OTA errors.

Based on the attached, in the paragraph under the title " Recommended Practices " it states that part of the recall that any other repair work including software updates are to be done. That to me implies that the dealer will be paid for updating any and all software.
... yeah, there is a definition of terms problem here. For decades, dealers have not updated firmware unless there is a problem called out in a TSB. They have never just updated all the modules in the car that are behind on updates. Without the modules called out in a TSB, there is nothing to charge your time to.

I find this really aggravating, but I see why they do this. Nothing is free and unless Ford says they are going to pay for it, the dealer would have to eat the tech time to do the updates which can take hours.

Vehicle history shows a dealer did lots of updates for you in September and again in December. Your sync version is not at the latest version, but every update a dealer does for you is one less OTA you will need. I see the dealer did an APIM swap in September. When you can, post a pic of the entire "about sync" screen so I can see if everything lines up with what is on Ford's side.

Looks good at the surface, but you're showing a bunch of module updates and no updates for the APIM, GWM or TCU. No IPC update either and you aren't on the latest one. Your car is also reporting much higher than average DTC's to the cloud. I don't know enough about this to tell you if there's something wrong with your car or not. What connectivity issues are you seeing?

@rugedraw does updating the powertrain set of updates reveal the latest IPC? My list doesn’t show an available IPC either and I’m on revision AA. I’ll see on Monday when my dealer will be doing CSP 23B50

I'm not sure with these cars. I'm still learning. I know Mike has mentioned a few modules that hold dependencies that don't seem to apply to the ICE trucks. I fully updated my truck and left an old PCM update on it forever with no issues. PCM updates wipe my tune, so I avoid them like the plague.

No major issues, but I’ve never seen an OTA update as long as I’ve had the car. They replaced the APIM last fall and then pushed some updates through but I’m guessing that long list of updates means I’m still not getting anything OTA?

I cannot confirm whether there is something preventing your OTA's from coming in or not. That goes beyond the scope of my knowledge. I can tell you that you are not showing updates that you need to properly progress through the update process and that your car is recording way above average DTC's.

Would anyone be able to check FDRS outstanding modules and OTA updates?
WF0TR3SU5MMA15273
Last power-up was 6.3.0 back on 12/18 and GWM update 24-PU0102-SVD-FX a week ago. No OTA in queue at this time. The list of modules pending updates below may not be 100% accurate, but this will give you an idea:
