What a weird situation that it only shows up on this page, but for me it shows my other vehicle and I cannot change which vehicle it displays. It seem it displays the first vehicle on your account, sorted by VIN alphabetically. I guess I will have to try to read this from an OBDII scanner. I tried it with my OBDLink MX+ but I could not find a value for 12V battery SOC, only a Voltage reading. That is the LVB soc. Undoubtedly it was intended to be the hvb charge but currently it’s the 12v state of charge.
Update: OK I was finally able to see this on the webpage. I was using my PC which only shows the first vehicle in my account, which is not the Mach-E. On the mobile version, it lets me swipe-left to view the Mach-E so now I can finally see the 12V SOC, at least until they fix the bug. I would still like to know how to view it with my OBDII scanner. I tried the OBDLink software and the Carscanner app and I can't find the SOC as a % anywhere, only the Voltage.
