My rear passenger window doesn't automatically roll all the way up when I use the button on the driver's door. It will roll all the way down, but not up. This means I have to keep pulling on the button for it to roll all the way up. I have not tried the button on the passenger door yet.

Anybody got a quick fix for this other than going to the dealer for a warranty claim? I'm not an engineer or know how those things typically work, but my first thought is to blast it with some electrical contact cleaner. Thanks!

This happened to me once and it's an easy fix. The process is outlined on page 105 of the manual:

Carry out all steps within 30 seconds of
starting the sequence.
1. Close the window.
2. Press and hold the window control
switch until the window is fully open.
Keep the window control switch
pressed for a few seconds.
3. Lift and hold the window control switch
until the window is fully closed. Keep
the window control switch held for a
few seconds.
4. Press and hold the window control
switch until the window is fully open.
Keep the window control switch
pressed for a few seconds.
5. Lift and hold the window control switch
until the window is fully closed. Keep
the window control switch held for a
few seconds.

One touch works for the rear windows too? My other car only had the one touch for front driver and passenger... pretty cool.

Thanks, I'll try that next time. It suddenly worked again after a few power cycles.

Yes. Over-travel the switch momentarily and the corresponding window will raise or lower. Works for all four windows. 😊🐩

The one touch issue happened to me too on the new 2023 Mach e I took delivery of last Thursday. The cure cited above and appearing in the on-line owner's manual did the trick and cured the problem. Mine happened to be with the passenger front window. What initially got my attention was that window failed to open or close with the global key fob command. It did respond to auto down from driver's panel and passenger switch, but not the one touch up until the I applied the fix outlined in the manual. Now it functions as it should from interior switches and global command. Thank you to the person who posted the info/link to the manual.

DanCoon,
You're good.
All you had to do was read the process and you fixed it.
I'm impressed.
