Hey folks

I am Iliya and I am the founder of TWRAPS. We are a California based family ran business and we design, manufacture and sell various accessories and pre-cut kits (PPF, vinyl) for electric vehicles. I recently had the pleasure to rent a Mach-E for a week so we can design some products for it, and I wanted to share them with you.
I am open to any questions, suggestions and product requests.
Here's what I and my wife managed to design for the Mach-E for this one week. I must point out that all of our products are original, and we make them in such a way that every beginner can install them after watching the install video (also on our website). We don't use generic cut templates like everyone else, every single product is designed manually by us.

As I said, I welcome any feedback, questions or suggestions for new products. I also have 7 industrial 3D printers, so I can make plastics products too, and I am soon adding an industrial laser cutter which would expand our production capabilities even more.

This is great! Question: Would you be able to size up the side markers? Ideally I'd replace them with smoked out plastic but tinting may be the next best option.

Great looking products and I just ordered 3 items from there in spite of my wife's consternation, lol

Thank you! Please don't hesitate to reach out if I can be of any help! Our Mach-E products are very new, and I still don't know where people might experience issues installing them and what changes we need to make to instructions etc...but happy to provide replacements if something goes south!

Hi! Can you make precut piece of PPF for area around antenna on the roof?
With time at that place can appear two circles. The problem is ford decided to use magnets there and I assume they are iron particles which stuck to the magnets. Very cool! I love the attention to detail on the b/c pillar protection with the proper cutouts for the entry pin.

Any chance you'd do them in a black vinyl? I tried some generic ones and just didn't like the look of carbon fiber. I'd like to maintain the OEM look but mine are all scratched up so ppf wouldn't hide anything for me.

Got it! I added it to my todo for next time I rent the Mach-E.... Once I get about 10 product requests (so far I have 2) I rent for a week to make them all at once

One alternative is a carbon fiber wrap or similar just to hide it. Once I develop the cut model for it though, what gets cut with it doesn't really matter.

Noted! I added this on my todo for next time I get the Mach E, but I'd need to get the car to develop the cut template for this piece. Once I do that, I can cut it in any vinyl or PPF and will offer options

We did the same thing with a Rivian group and some 15+ products came to be that way - from suggestions.

I assume this is the issue. Hope adding PPF on that place will help. For my car PPF would be fine, luckily there aren’t any damages yet. Good to know you can do precuts from different wraps, especially for people who already have issues there. Also I like b-c pillars PPF precuts, planning to buy them as well.
