A friend has an Ecosport with that feature and loves it!
I have that feature on my Escape and love it too, but every once in awhile keys are in my pocket, I am putting stuff in the hatch, and it tries to close on my head.

I'll walk out into the garage sometimes and find the liftgate open. I'm sure from the same thing. I carry 2 fobs with keys in the same pocket.

Sometimes I'll be bending over to do something in the garage and I'll here a "click" and the lights flash from the fob's lock button being pushed.

I cracked open both remotes years ago to place a piece of tape over the panic button contacts. I HATE those things.

I’ve thought about the handles since I first saw them, but not obsessively geez. I think I would like matching door handles for the 1st and 2nd rows. I’m not sure if I’ll do a delete or an add on.

And isn’t it great that they found the flaw in the initial design before production?

For my 2011 Fusion, I had bought a third-party "switchblade-style" key with remote, and it was really cool, except the panic button was WAY too easy to set off on it - the gf used to mock me regularly for it.

Those are dealer cars. I also saw a FE w/a European plate holder.
