Reading 35 MPH Electronic Speed Limit Signs?

A couple of roads around here have variable speed limits so, instead of having painted speed limit signs, they have electronic speed limit signs, where the numbers are white illuminated digits in a black background (the rest of the sign looks normal). Speed sign recognition works perfectly except it never recognizes 35 MPH when displayed on these signs. It recognizes all other speeds, but not 35 MPH (they never display 30 MPH, so I can’t speak to that).
Anyone else notice this?

I haven't noticed that, but obviously a hitch in the pattern recognition. All of the aboe examples are why I have ICC turned off and just use ACC
