So I guess the QA folks in Antwerp now, on top of all, also have to look for bugs on the windshield. Wonder how long they have to drive to be able to determine if they gathered enough of them. ?

Sure, because they’re all manufactured at the same plant in Mexico. Their final destinations are pretty irrelevant, I’d think.
It's supposed to be around 18,000 MMEs totally that may have this problem, according to The Verge. What time period those cars were produced and also where they were shipped isn't obvious …

electrek.co stated this a week ago:

For now, it looks like the recalls are limited to Canadian Mach-Es, even though Ford produces all its electric SUVs at the same factory in Mexico.

It’s not impossible that the recall expands to the US market, but it’s also possible the manufacturing issue was limited to batches for Canadian deliveries.

Today's WSJ.

Ford Motor Co. F +1.31% is recalling certain Mustang Mach-E electric sport-utility vehicles over concerns that the front windshield and panoramic roof could become detached, a setback for one of the car company’s highest-profile new-model launches this year.

The Dearborn, Mich., auto maker said the safety recall covers 17,692 vehicles for inadequate windshield bonding and another 13,544 Mustang Mach-E’s for bonding problems with the panoramic glass roof, according to notices filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. All vehicles affected by this recall are 2021 model-year SUVs.

An internal review group at Ford opened an investigation in June after a cracked windshield replacement revealed poor urethane adhesion, NHTSA documents show. The company included the panoramic roof glass panel in the investigation because it uses the same attachment method as the windshield, Ford said in its recall reports.
Apparently Ford found this out from dealer information.

I saw the exact dates of production somewhere and just can’t find it. Something like those built between late Feb and early June. It’s a lot of them, for sure, but it’s not all of them.

That's Feb of 2020, not 2021.

Option 1: Ford already know which cars, but still waiting to say officially. I don't get it, especially if it has been fixed. and If so – why has it been fixed in the production line without Ford saying anything about it before now?

Option 2: Ford still has no clue why some are good and others are not. If so, it's strange to suggest that it's only about «cars produced b4 xx.xx.2021».
