Don’t trust ford.com if you’ve moved between getting the recalled adaptor and the replacement adaptor. I made sure my address was correct on my account when they said that we would be getting replacements. I used the link in the email to change the address when the email came out, October 18th.
Well apparently even though ford.com and FordPass both reflect my correct address, the support team has no record of that address.
