Replacing front headrests

Just got a premium for a loaner—currently have a select. This is my first time driving a different trim of the car…and WOW I had no idea how much more comfortable the premium seats are.

while I can live with the select seats, I REALLY don’t like the select headrest. It is tilted too far forward (can’t be adjusted) and it is too hard—always smacking me in the back of the head on bumpy roads.

anyone swap out the headrests on a select to the premium trim? Seems an easy job, but just wanting to hear anyone else’s experiences.

My daughter just bought a ford escape with the same complaint about the headrest. It seems if you pull it out and turn it around it is much more comfortable.
