Reserved, Ordered, Delivered, Sold - No Mach-E - No call from Dealer !!

I reserved my Mach-E and ordered it. The web site shows that it was built, shipped, delivered and sold - April!!
I have been not focused on the task but I expected a call from my Ford dealer. I have had no calls or emails from them.
It appears that they dealer sold the mach-E built for me (I have the VIN) to someone else!!
Is it acceptable?
Hew do I go about getting Ford to help me?

Wow! If in fact the car was sold, definitely escalate to Ford, otherwise contact the dealer for a status. Also, let us know who the dealer is once you find out the status if it was sold.

I have a reservation for Mach-E and it is scheduled for a year later for production. I want to change the color I chose. The REservations website does not allow me to do so. Any thoughts on how to approach this?

My reservation was done early last year and order was put in at the earliest time. Manufactured in Feb 2021.. supposed to be delivered in April.. hope that helps

Did the dealer refund your deposit? If not, they are still obligated to deliver a car to you at the agreed upon price. Escalate this to Ford mother ship. The dealer needs to make this right.
