Roadside Assistance Does Not Work Very Well At All

We waited over 7 hours for a tow from Ford's Roadside Assistance. That is not acceptable in any manner. What a friggin joke! If you need Ford Roadside Assistance you better be reading War and Peace because its almost non-existent. After 6 hours my dealer told me they could call a tow truck but it would not be covered under Roadside Assistance, meaning I would have to pay for it. Meaning the Roadside Assistance promise is as empty as it is worthless. 7 hours!!!! When it finally got here after 7 hours the tow truck driver told us Ford called them and tried to cancel it 3 times. What a lousy fubar service. We wasted an entire day. I detest Ford Roadside Imaginary Assistance.
