Has yours failed? Those prices are almost too hard to believe not sure what you are getting on that site. I guess they are from New Mexico based on the truck plate in their About Us. You should ensure you get the updated part if yours has failed and you need to do all that work. Not sure that is what that site is offering. Looking at their site it would not be my top choice.
Those appear to be prices for a single contactor, not the HVBJB. So you would have to remove the HVBJB, remove the contactors from the HVBJB, and solder new ones onto the board. I would be very worried the HVBJB would fail due to the repair. I wonder if even Ford is replacing contactors, or if they are just scrapping the entire assembly. It seems like a risky repair.

Dude did you look at the about us page. Are those integrated circuit boards thrown in the dirt beside the truck? There is a way to shop on the internet and not get burned. I would purchase genuine Ford Parts not from some family in New Mexico. Not sure what they are thinking of doing but it looks a bit sketchy at this stage.

They’re probably the HVJB parts that were REMOVED from cars and thrown in the dumpster. So technically they are “genuine.” 😂

They may be the ones that ford determined to be below spec and discarded as a source when they went from TE to Eaton.

Here is what they replaced on my car:

1 LK9Z-10C666-BRM "Connector"
2 -W717859-S439 "Bolt"
1 CX-13-G "Anti-Freeze"

Realize that a VERY specialized battery lift is necessary to do the job, as well as a vacuum coolant bleeding system and a pressure testing system for the pack. Unfortunately, unless you are independently super-wealthy, those tools are out of reach for the average home mechanic. 🤔🐩

Sorry for the late reply Mike, I'm in Europe and haven't been on the forum much at all the last couple of weeks. LK9Z-10C666-BRM was the part number of the HVBJB I had installed in my GTPE.

No issues at all so far. I’ve only had the new part a few months but have driven almost 6K miles and most that was for two hour freeway trips.

Pretty elaborate procedure required for the coolant refilling on one of these. Need the equipment to do it. Refresh Here.
