Newbie to the electric car world. Does anyone know what/if there is any scheduled maintenance for the Mach-E?

No owner's manual yet so we don't have anything official.

The Focus Electric's maintainance schedule was change the fluids at 100,000 miles, rotate the tires once per year (I think), change the cabin air filter...that was about it.

The Bolt has a "rotate tires every 7500 miles" for an item--I think this is a bone to the dealer so they have something to do (also to keep the front tires from going bald LOL).

you need to change out the buffalo wings from the front cargo area after every tailgate
And the shrimp every thirty minutes.

If you’re having to replace the beer because it’s not being timely consumed, you’re doing it wrong.

As previously noted, the manual is not yet available but it is a safe bet that the flux capacitor on the GT version will need to be tuned periodically.

Because Tesla was bench marked during development of the Mach-E. Maybe the Tesla maintenance schedule might be an indicator for now until the Mach-E owners manual is published.

https://www.tesla.com/support/car-maintenance

Cabin Air Filter
Your Tesla is equipped with an air filter that prevents pollen, industrial fallout, road dust and other particles from entering through the vents. Tesla recommends replacing your cabin air filter every 2 years.

High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) Filter
If your Tesla is equipped with a HEPA filter, Tesla recommends replacing it every 3 years.

Tire Rotation, Balance and Wheel Alignment
Tesla recommends rotating your tires every 6,250 miles or if tread depth difference is 2/32 in or greater, whichever comes first. Aggressive driving can lead to premature tire wear and may require more frequent tire service. Unbalanced and misaligned wheels affect handling, tire life and steering components. Refer to tire manufacturer's owner manuals and warranty documentation for additional details.

Brake Fluid Test
Tesla recommends testing brake fluid for contamination every 2 years and replacing as needed.

Air Conditioning Service
An air conditioning service replaces the desiccant to help the longevity and efficiency of the air conditioning system. Tesla recommends an air conditioning service every 2 years for Model S, every 4 years for Model X and Model Y and every 6 years for Model 3.

Winter Care
Tesla recommends cleaning and lubricating all brake calipers every 12 months or 12,500 mi for cars in cold weather regions.

Correct me if I'm wrong but, there's no OBD2 port on the Mach-E. Maintenance information best be on the SYNC 4 device.

We don't know that yet.
True. But with an onboard computer, no gas cap, no O2 sensor, no catalytic converter, etc.; can't see the need.

Seems like most EVs still have OBD-II even though they could be granted a waiver to exclude it.

To my knowledge, only Tesla isn't shipping with that connector (on 3 and Y at least?), but they are simply choosing not to. The communications and wires for it are all there, just not the connector. So third parties are selling hack cables for customers who want it.

Just hoping that the SYNC-4, Ford is raving about, would negate any need for a diagnostic computer port.

Nope: It will still have an OBD-II port simply due to the fact that if the OTA updates don't work you'll still be able to take it to a dealership and have it flashed via the OBD-II port.

In addition, it will have to work with all of Ford's existing diagnostic service tools at the dealership so: OBD-II included.

How else will you use FORSCAN to program an eBay-sourced SYNC 4A unit after yours fails? ;)
