This is why I need someone to use postman as a MiTM proxy to catch all the requests to Ford from the Fordpass App.Sadly they don't have a web UI for all the access.
For the prior system (MyFordMobile) they had just about all the same commands from logging into the website as they did on the app. Thus it was super easy to open developer tools in Chrome and just watch the network tab...
Sent a PM, have a buddy that can probably help walk me through any roadblocks I'd run in to...will Fiddler work or does it have to be postman? This is why I need someone to use postman as a MiTM proxy to catch all the requests to Ford from the Fordpass App.
I would normally do this myself but I don’t have a Mach-E.
The only other way to get these quickly is if some trusting soul changes their ford password temporarily and shares their ford login with me
If anyone is trusting enough PM me please…

Ford Widget Tool Installer (tonesto7.github.io)
So the premise here is that I can't directly update a running script I need another script.
So I created the FordWidgetTool (It's based on scriptdudes installer).
You will go to the website which will hold your hand through installing the installer for the widget tool.
Once the tool is installed it automatically runs and it either installs the Fordpass Widget or updates the existing code.
It will walk you through the steps of installing a helper script that installs and updates the main widget script.
Once this tool is installed that's it, just tap it anytime I announce an upgrade and it just downloads it.
The only time I may require you to reinstall the tool is if there is a required update for the tool's new features. Either way, you will never have to copy and paste-like you did before.
I even recorded a couple of videos of the install process and set up for new users.
I’m not against that suggestion. I look at getting it into the next releaseWorked flawlessly for me ?
can I offer a small HMI suggestion? I notice you are using check marks to indicate that the doors and windows are closed? Many people associate a checkmark with an indication that an activity has completed. Perhaps another icon might be clearer? Maybe a red/green Harvey ball?
As long as you're taking cosmetic suggestions, what do you think about removing the word "Charger" and just having that field have the plug icon? On small phone screens (iPhone Mini), the title and status get truncated.I’m not against that suggestion. I look at getting it into the next release
Yeah sorry about that!As long as you're taking cosmetic suggestions, what do you think about removing the word "Charger" and just having that field have the plug icon? On small phone screens (iPhone Mini), the title and status get truncated.

Ok, I’m probably about to become a PiTA here, so feel free to tell me to go away:Yeah sorry about that!
I don’t see that otherwise, I would have fixed it a week ago.
