Seat curve / lumbar support too aggressive

Hi folks, I'm finding the seat curve/lumbar support to be too aggressive in my Premium. Even if I set the lumbar support to lowest setting that area doesn't touch my back, however, the area above it where the curve is is quite firm and pronounced... And my SI joint area/ lower back gets sore after a few minutes (My back usually does not like chairs with an aggressive lumbar curve).
Anyone feel the same? Do the seats get a little softer over time? Any back cushion recommendations? Many of the products actually provide extra lumbar support, but I want something that's softer and less pronounced.
I don't have this issue in many other cars.

considered this type full cushion? Might even it out a bit better too. Or look up custom car seat cushions?
