My seat suddenly stopped moving back when I turn the car off. Any suggestions on what to do to bring it back?

I forget the name of the setting, entry assist maybe, but I'd double check it in the vehicle's menu, it's possible it reset after an update. If it is enabled, try toggling it off then on again.

It could also be that you have moved the seat back to it's furthest position. In which case it can't go any further

Check your profile. It probably defaulted to “guest.”

Only workaround is to change the settings is the guest profile as well to include easy exit.

Mine has been defaulting to guest at random times for over a year now. It comes and goes with no rationale.

What have you tried? You've tried toggling "easy exit" off and on? Try restarting Sync, hold the volume down and next track buttons on the steering wheel until you see it turn off.

Then try again. Make sure your car is fully on when doing the above.

If all else fail, you can delete the profile and make a new one.
